There is quite a few people in Russia, Czech Republic and other countries that listen to Grime, but you do not hear of many Grime emcees from these countries. I have heard of a few emcees from Czech Republic but spitting in Czech.
TaLabum is a Grime emcee who also does Dubstep too from Russia.I don't think many people in the UK have heard of him, but from listening to him he is impressive who also spits in English too.
